With the rise of the Insta-generation, the insatiable desire for a partner to post #couplegoals pics with is skyrocketing, leaving teenage girls across the world feeling as though a significant other is a necessity to be happy.

It took me discovering myself and my self-worth, for me to realise that there's more to me than what I can provide for a man. I realised the importance of loving yourself before you love somebody else.
