Tips for writing a sports story -Know your audience (know who's reading; age, class, gender) -Do you research (know facts, will make you more confident when writing) -Make it interesting (you want to keep your reader reading, if you yourself find it boring then other will also find it boring) -Validation (who can back up what the story is about, people opinions: witnesses, police) -How are you pitching it?
