The romance aura will attract a younger female audience because they can put themselves in the place of the main girl character, with the attractive guys falling for her, and it would boost her self-confidence. Younger female audiences tend to get crushes on the main male character (because in romance films the male main character is usually young and attractive)

-(it sounds shallow but it will make the audience want to see more of that character because they like them)
2) Have a relatable (most probably female) main character
-That will make the target audience be able to relate to the main character and therefore be more involved in the storyline. Also probably a female character because the target audience are female young adults/teenagers.
3) Have a realistic storyline
- Although the target audience would enjoy having hundreds of boys chasing them, but the people who don't exactly enjoy that type of film you critique films will notice that you are just trying to satisfy the young teenagers. Instead, make the film realistic and still good but satisfying the critiquing audience also.
4) Make the main male character a heart-throb so that the audience will talk on social medias about that person and promote the film further
5) Include diversity- it will make everyone feel included and not left out.
